MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A former Jefferson County drug task force supervisor has been found guilty of misconduct in office after being accused of stealing money to be used in undercover operations. Former Jefferson County detective Timothy Madson was found guilty of misconduct in office on Friday following a jury trial. A criminal complaint says the 56-year-old Madsonclaimed more than $10,000 in questionable expenses from a fund he controlled to cover drug buys and other incidental task force expenses.
