After missing for almost nine months, Ronald McDonald is back in Ripon. The Campbellsport Village Board president says revenue needs to be generated to reduce a water utility deficit…and a large rate increase seems to be the only option.  Board president Patrick Twohig says the board is expected to make a decision at their August meeting.  Twohig says a 30 percent increase would cover the more than $200,000 deficit.  The village would have to apply with the state Public Service Commission for any rate increase.  "We […]

(AP) — Newly released records show that a former Wisconsin police officer charged with dumping two bodies stuffed into suitcases along a highway had a lengthy disciplinary record, including three suspensions and four reprimands.   Fifty-two-year-old Steven Zelich is charged with two counts of hiding a corpse in Walworth County.
