A Kewaskum man was killed when a motorcycle struck a deer in Fond du lac County . The accident happened shortly after 10:30pm Friday on CTH G south of STH 67 in the Township of Osceola. The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Department along with DNR Park Rangers, Campbellsport Fire Department and Campbellsport Ambulance responded. The lone occupant and operator of the motorcycle, a 41 year old male from Kewaskum was pronounced deceased on scene. The accident remains under investigation by the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
