COLUMBUS, Wis. (AP) — One person has been injured in a fire at a historic apartment building in Columbus.   Fire broke out Tuesday night at the three-story brick Tremont which was built in 1892. Columbus Fire Lt. Jerodd Fox says that 18 of 22 apartments in the building were occupied and residents were evacuated. Fox says one resident was taken to Columbus Community Hospital.  Apartment manager Bill Keeley says smoke alarms began sounding so he ran upstairs, pounded on doors and yelled for residents to get out.
