Twelve people have officially been charged in a Dodge County prostitution ring including a Beaver Dam woman and her husband. Debbie and Daniel Walters of Beaver Dam, were charged Monday in Dodge County Circuit Court with running a prostitution business out of their home across the street from a church and school. Debbie Walters faces 32 prostitution related counts. Daniel Walters, a Dodge Correctional Institution employee, is charged with three counts of allowing a place of prostitution. Both are free on $1000 signature bonds. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 6th. Nine of ten men arrested in the case made their initial court appearances Monday on prostitution charges. Four men reached plea deals immediately following their initial court appearances and were ordered to pay more than $1700 in fines and court costs. According to a criminal complaint Debbie Walters admitted to serving two to three customers a week. The business grossed more than $130,000 between October 2011 and September 2013 according to the complaint.
