One person was killed and three people were injured in a two vehicle accident in Dodge County. The accident happened at 8:30pm Wednesday on Highway 60 at Highway 26 near Clyman. According to the State Patrol a vehicle driven by a 62 year old Beaver Dam man collided with a vehicle driven by a 25 year old Allenton woman. A 24 year old male passenger in the second vehicle was transported to Beaver Dam Hospital where he died. A second passenger in that car, a four year old boy was flown by helicopter to Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee with undisclosued injuries. Both drivers were transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
