MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A conservative group has asked a federal appeals court to reconsider a ruling last month tossing the group’s lawsuit to halt an investigation into possible illegal campaign coordination. Wisconsin Club for Growth asked that the full 10-member 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals today to rehear the case after a three-judge panel last month sided with investigators.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
