OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) — Oshkosh police have arrested one of two men they say committed robberies and assaults near the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh campus. Authorities say a 19-year-old man was arrested Sunday after punching a victim. Officials say a second suspect involved in Sunday’s attack and at least two other incidents has not been found.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
