The Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership has been awarded a $60,505 grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farmers Market Promotion Program. 10-17-14 two vehicle accident on pioneer road sends one person to the hospital

One person received non life threatening injuries in a two vehicle accident on Pioneer Road in Fond du lac.  The accident happened on Pioneer between Martin and Park Avenues shortly before 3:30pm Thursday.  One vehicle apparently crossed over the center line striking another vehicle.  One person was transported to the hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries.

10-17-14 freshwater jellyfish found in waupaca county

An aquatic Invasive species educator says it’s the first time freshwater jellyfish have been found in a Waupaca County lake.  Paul Skawinski says a fisherman reported the jellyfish on Spencer Lake last week.
