MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A new poll shows Republican Brad Schimel and Democrat Susan Happ are tied in the race for Wisconsin attorney general.  The Marquette University Law School poll released Wednesday shows both Schimel and Happ with 42 percent among likely voters. Nobody was injured in a chimney fire that was quickly extinguished at a Waupun residence.  Fire Chief B.J.
