OSHKOSH, Wis. MANITOWOC, Wis. (AP) — A second round of layoffs at a Manitowoc-based company that specializes in ice products is expected to affect about 60 employees.  The upcoming Manitowoc Ice layoffs will happen in early December. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The University of Wisconsin System's regents have approved a new report detailing system campuses' reserves and balances.  The regents approved the report unanimously during a meeting Thursday at UW-Stevens Point. It goes next to the Legislature's finance and audit committees. The report shows the system's four-year and two-year schools, UW-Extension and system administration finished the 2013-14 fiscal year with a total of $973.3 million left over. […]

10-9-14 fatal accident fdl county
