Six months after receiving a life-saving heart transplant and a little more than a month after her first birthday…a Fond du Lac girl is continuing her brave recovery.  Brianna Rodgers is the daughter of  Jason and Jessica Rodgers.  Born August 19th, 2013, Brianna was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Right Ventricle Syndrome.  On March 22nd doctors at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin performed a heart transplant.  Brianna’s grandmother, Evelyn Rodgers, says Brianna is […]

WATERTOWN, Wis.
