BERLIN, Wis. (AP) — Bail is set at $1 million cash bond for a Wisconsin man charged in the shooting deaths of his estranged wife and her boyfriend.  Thirty-three-year-old Nicholas Tuinstra faces two counts of first-degree intentional homicide in the deaths of Melissa Tuinstra and Justin Daniels.
