(AP) — The Legislature's budget committee plans to meet Tuesday to consider a request to spend about $461,000 to educate voters about the voter identification law before the Nov. 4 election. A Dodge County judge has denied a request for a change of venue in the trial of a sex offender accused of officiating youth sports and phoning  in a rash of bomb threats.   Judge Steven Bauer denied the request by the attorney for 32 year old Aaron Schreiber.
