A Ripon man is being honored for risking his life to save another.  Twenty five year old Robert Knoll has been chosen to receive the prestigious Carnegie Medal.  Knoll was honored for risking his life to save an Oshkosh man from being run over by a train in Oshkosh in July of last year.  Knoll grabbed an unconscious man and dragged him off the tracks moments before the freight train rumbled through the
