11-18-14 dodge county sheriff’s office releases description of armed robbery suspect

On Monday November 17th, 2014 at approximately 10:10 AM the Dodge County Central Communications Center received a 911 call from a clerk employed at the BP Gas Station located at 868 Main St. in the Village of Brownsville. The clerk advised that a person, wearing a ski mask and hooded sweatshirt, had asked for a carton of cigarettes. When the clerk asked for an ID, to confirm age, the subject stated he had a pistol in his waistband. The clerk did not see the weapon. The male fled the scene on foot, with the carton of cigarettes.  Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Deputies and a Detective responded, as well as Brownville Marshal Brad Seymour, Theresa PD, Wisconsin State Patrol to the scene and began a search of the area for the subject. The gas station’s surveillance video was secured and will be processed for evidence. Release of photo is not available at time of this release.  The suspect is further described as being a juvenile or young adult, 14 to 17 yrs of age and approximately 5’2” to 5’5” tall with a slender build, weighing 120 to 140 lbs, dressed in dark colored sweatshirt with a star emblem on the left front and was wearing a tan ski mask. The subject was carrying a green, camouflage backpack.
