MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Ryan Murray, the second in command at Governor Scott Walker's job-creation agency, is resigning.  Murray announced his resignation on Friday, just three days after Walker won re-election to a second term. A drunken driving suspect was arrested after jumping into the Fond du lac River trying to flee police officers.  The incident happened early Saturday morning.  The man was arrested near Merrill Avenue and Macy Street telling officers the water was too cold.
