A Rosendale man who was critically injured after falling from a tree stand will be taken off life support after his organs are harvested for donation. Forty one year old Jason Czoschke was listed in critical condition at Theda Clark Regional Medical Center in Neenah. His wife Shawna posted on Facebook that her husband was an organ donor and the donation process could take 24 to 36 hours. Czoschke fell 15 feet from a treestand in the area of Townline Road and Brown Road Sunday afternoon.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
