MILWAUKEE (AP) — The BMO Harris Bradley Center is attributing its loss of $1.9 million in the last fiscal year to a bad Milwaukee Bucks team, dwindling state grants and middling concert season.  The facility is now carrying nearly $20 million in debt. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — University of Wisconsin-Madison campus police issued about 50 percent more tickets for underage drinking this fall amid a crackdown on dangerous drinking habits.  Police cited 416 people for possessing alcohol underage between Aug. 20 and Nov. 4 compared with 276 in the same period last year.
