(AP) — Fewer than one in five adults smokes in Wisconsin.  The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported Monday that the adult smoking rate is 18 percent, a 2 percentage point drop from 2012. CAMP DOUGLAS, Wis. (AP) — About 160 Wisconsin Army National Guard soldiers return to Camp Douglas following their service in Afghanistan.  The 829th Engineer Company will be welcomed home during a Monday afternoon ceremony at a Volk Field hangar. (AP) — The Beloit College community is grappling with news that a 2008 graduate was slain in Yemen.  Luke Somers was killed Saturday as U.S. forces tried to rescue him from al-Qaida captors.
