Police have identified an Oshkosh man who was died in a fire that investigators say was caused by smoking near an oxygen tank. WAUSAU, Wis. (AP) — A Wausau man has been charged with a misdemeanor count of getting sexual gratification from an animal after authorities say he admitted to performing sex acts on a horse. Thirty-year-old Jared Kreft was charged last week in Marathon County. District Attorney Kyle Mayo says the case is unique. Kreft has also been charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
