1-9-15 governor-state budget

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Governor Scott Walker says he will deliver a state budget on February 3rd that cuts property taxes, but he’s making no promises about lowering income or corporate taxes. Walker delivered that news at an economic forecast luncheon at a meeting of the Wisconsin Bankers Association. The state faces a $2.2 billion shortfall for the budget that begins in July and runs for two years.
