Fond du Lac Fire and Rescue says the number of heroin overdose cases locally are on the rise. Firefighter-paramedic Joe Godalpske says Fond du Lac paramedics administered the heroin antidote Narcan 88 times last year, up from 79 in 2013. Twenty six patients had their conditions improve after being administered Narcan. A Fond du lac man has been convicted of exposing himself to young girls at Taylor Park last summer. At a plea and sentencing hearing in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court, William Thomas, pleaded no contest to three counts of exposing genitals to a child.
