Gregory L. Smack is being released from prison on February 2, 2015 after serving time for criminal damage to property for tampering with his GPS bracelet and also for resisting/obstructing arrest. Smack previously served 7 years in prison for 2-counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child. Smack’s victims were 13-year-old female acquaintances. Smack was released from prison on extended supervision in July of 2009 and returned to prison 4 months later for violating his supervision.
 Special conditions of Gregory L. Smack’s supervised release:

1. No contact with victim, no unsupervised contact with minors, no presence in taverns, bars, or liquor stores, and no use of alcohol or illegal drugs.
2. Comply with all rules of high risk sex offender supervision and cooperate with lifetime GPS monitoring.
3. Face-to-face contact with law enforcement as required, lifetime registration with Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program.

Gregory L. Smack will be living at 457 Thomas Street in the City of Fond du Lac when he is released from incarceration on February 2, 2015.

 The Fond du Lac Police Department has been notified that Scott E. Thyrion will be released from prison on February 24, 2015 after serving time for parole violations. Thyrion was released from prison on January 29, 2013 after his parole was revoked in February of 2009. Thyrion had previously been released from prison on August 19, 2008, after serving 9 years for 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a child.  Thyrion was convicted of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old non-relative female and a 14-year old non-relative female. He will be residing at 457 Thomas Street upon his release.
