BEAVER DAM, Wis. (AP) — The former MetalFab property in Beaver Dam will be auctioned next month. Dodge County has owned the 140,000-square manufacturing plant since 1995 after foreclosing on it to satisfy tax liens. MacFab Metal Products has been leasing the building since 2006.
