MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin state Assembly has passed a right-to-work bill on a straight party line vote.  The bill passed Friday on a 62-35 vote, with all Republicans in support and all Democrats against. LOS ANGELES (AP) — Flight experts are calling actor Harrison Ford's plane crash a "beautifully executed" forced landing by an "unbelievably well-trained pilot." 3-6-15 chicago man convicted of dealing cocaine in fdl

A Chicago man has been convicted of dealing cocaine in Fond du Lac.  At a hearing in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court LaTroy Allen Jr. pleaded no contest to one count of manufacture-delivery of cocaine.  Thirteen other counts were dismissed and read into the record.  Allen will be sentenced May 27th.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin's unemployment rate has dropped to 5 percent, its lowest point since before the recession.  The state Department of Workforce Development reported Thursday that the unemployment rate dropped from 5.2 percent in December to 5 percent in January.  Private-sector job creation was basically flat over the period, with just 300 new jobs created.  The numbers fluctuate greatly month-to-month because they are based on a survey of […]
