A Waupun man accused of beating a pregnant woman has been charged.  Twenty one year old Zachary Disbrow, made an initial appearance in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court on charges of false imprisonment, misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct,  all with a domestic abuse penalty enhancer. A 19 year old man who was in the Dodge County Law Enforcement Explorer program has been placed on probation for sending a lewd photo to an underage girl.  Dodge County Judge John Storck withheld sentence and placed Seth Lane of Mayville on  one year of probation and 30 hours of community service. (AP) — Authorities have charged a prisoner with first-degree intentional homicide in the strangulation death of a cellmate at the Columbia Correctional Institution in Portage.  The charge against 42-year-old Dexter Ewing carries a penalty of life in prison with no possibility of parole because it designates him as a persistent repeater.
