MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Thousands of Wisconsin union workers have rallied at the Capitol to protest a right-to-work bill set to be taken up again this week.  A spokesman for the Department of Administration said between 2,500 and 3,000 people gathered at the Capitol Saturday.
