MADISON, Wis. Marinette County authorities have identified a man they think was killed by a bank robbery suspect. Sheriff Jerry Sauve says in a statement that investigators believe 59-year-old Thomas C. MILWAUKEE (AP) — A 27-year-old Milwaukee man is charged with attempted homicide after authorities say he shot at police investigating an apparent drug deal.  Jerimy Whitelaw also is charged with being a  felon in possession of a firearm.   Whitelaw was shot twice in the abdomen during an exchange of gunfire with one of the officers early Thursday.  Two officers were on patrol when they saw two people conducting an apparent […]

3-26-15 fdl county falls in middle of pack in new healthy counties ranking
