3-25-15 funny money surfacing at fdl businesses

Fond du lac police are investigating the passing of counterfeit money at at least six Fond du Lac businesses. Police received complaints of counterfeit bills passed at JoAnn Fabrics, Kohls Department store and the Dollar Tree store Saturday.   On Monday police received reports of counterfeit bills at American Bank and Horicon Bank and Taco Bell.

TOWN OF SHEBOYGAN, Wis. 3-24-15 prison sentence in fatal fdl crash

A Fond du lac County man convicted in a traffic crash that claimed the life of a Campbellsport teenager is going to prison.  At a hearing Monday Fond du Lac judge Richard Nuss sentenced 20 year old Gilberto Castenada-Bobadilla to three years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision.  The judge also ordered six years probation to run consecutive to the prison sentence.  Castenado-Bobadilla pleaded no contest in […]

A public information meeting will be held Tuesday evening  on a Fond du Lac road reconstruction project.    A preliminary engineering plan will be discussed for improvements to North Rolling Meadows Drive. 3-24-15 fdl man dies after being pinned under pick-up truck

A Fond du Lac man has died after being pinned underneath a pick-up truck.  Rescue personnel were called to the scene on Voyager Drive shortly after 11am Monday and found a 26 year old Fond du Lac man pinned underneath his F350 Ford pick up truck that was located in the driveway.  The subject was pronounced dead at the scene. 3-24-15 fdl man sentenced to prison for downtown shooting incident
