4-2-15 additional charges filed against former nfdl special ed teacher

Additional charges have been filed against a  former assistant special education teacher at Horace Mann High School in North Fond du Lac accused of sexually assaulting a special education student.  In addition to seven counts of sexual assault of a student by school staff,  an amended complaint includes seven counts of child enticement.  At an arraignment hearing Wednesday 45 year old Dominic Carmona pleaded not guilty to all 14 counts.  Sheriff’s detective Pete Vergos testified at an earlier hearing that the alleged 16 year old victim told him that she had sexual contact with Carmona on at least ten occasions.  Vergos testified the girl said Carmona would pick her up at her residence and some of the sexual activity took place in his vehicle while he was driving.
