Time is ticking as the Agnesian Health Shoppe – currently located at 327 Winnebago Drive – prepares to relocate to its new, more expansive facility at 307 Camelot Drive, just off the Highway 151 bypass in Fond du Lac. To facilitate the move, the Agnesian Health Shoppe will be closed on April 9 and 10, and will open in its new location on Monday, April 13. The new building – within the Agnesian Health Plaza, Building B – opens up new possibilities for Agnesian Health Shoppe customers, as well as associates to provide a full spectrum of home health and respiratory equipment, from sales to repairs to rentals. The Agnesian Health Shoppe offers lift chairs, manual and power wheelchairs, electric scooters, hospital beds, walking aids, stair lifts, as well as home oxygen and CPAP machines (sleep apnea). It also offers women’s health products, such as post-mastectomy products, compression stockings, and mom-to-be and baby products.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
