A Fond du Lac woman who was injured in a crash on Highway 41 in Fond du Lac has been released from the hospital and her husband is also recovering. Law enforcement said Wednesday that 69 year old Neelima Ingle and 72 year old Sudhaker Ingle had both received life-threatening injuries in the crash. A Theda Clark hospital spokesperson said the injuries were not as severe as initially feared and Neelima Ingle was treated at the hospital and released. She was a passenger in a car driven by her husband 72 year old Sudhaker Ingle. He was transported to St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac where he is listed in fair condition. The crash happened in the southbound lanes of 41 south of Highway 00. Investigators say the Ingle car had slowed in a construction zone when it was struck from behind by a straight truck, pushing the victim’s car into two other vehicles. Three other people received non life-threatening injuries. That section of 41 was closed for several hours.
