MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The University of Wisconsin System regents have approved raising tuition for out-of-state undergraduate and graduate students at most of the system's four-year schools starting next year. The regents approved the increases during a meeting at UW-Waukesha on Friday. (AP) — Wisconsin-based Kohler Co. has scored wins in a legal battle over property taxes against the small village of the same name where it's headquartered.  Kohler Co. filed lawsuits against the village of Kohler saying the company overpaid in property taxes.
