TOWN OF BELL, Wis. (AP) — Governor Scott Walker ordered flags to be flown at half-staff for an emergency medical technician who died while trying to save his mother from a northwestern Wisconsin fire.  Sixty-two-year-old Dennis Swenson went into a Town of Bell home to try to save his 95-year-old mother, Dorothy Swenson, from a fire May 1st, but both ended up dying.  Walker signed an executive order, ordering the flags lowered Saturday.    In a statement, Walker said the longtime volunteer EMT represented the service and sacrifice of all emergency responders.
