A Washington County man was severely burned when he attempted to light a camp fire with gasoline. A jury trial for a Fond du Lac woman charged in the murder of her  husband has been postponed.  The trial for 38 year old Eve Nance ws scheduled to begin June 1st.  The trial was delayed after the defense attorney said an expert witness needed more time to evaluate Nance and review the case.  The 38 year old Nance is accused of shooting Timothy Nance in their Fond du […]

5-18-15 fdl animal shelter expansion

The Fond du Lac Animal Shelter manager says construction on an expansion project at the shelter is expected to begin late this summer.  Renee Webb says more than a half million dollars has been raised toward the project.  Webb says the expansion will provide much needed room for an increasing number of cats and dogs and will allow the shelter to isolate animals that are sick.
