A Campbellsport man accused of trying to disarm a sheriff’s deputy has copped a plea.  At a hearing in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court Tuesday 20 year old Tanner Gremminger pleaded no contest to charges of battery to an officer, disarming a police officer resisting and possessing an electronic weapon.  A charge of recklessly endangering safety was dismissed and read into the record.    Gremminger was accused of pointing a […]

5-6-15 fdl man charged with child sex assault

Bail has been set at $5000 cash for a Fond du Lac man accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a child. Fifty four year old Carlos Pacheco-Tapia, made his initial Fond du Lac Court appearance this week on a charge of repeated sexual assault of the same child.  The charge carries a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison.  A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 14th.   He  is accused […]

MADISON, Wis.
