TOWN OF VINLAND, Wis. (AP) — Authorities are asking the public for help after human remains were found in east-central Wisconsin last week.  The Winnebago County sheriff's office says the remains were found near railroad tracks in the Town of Vinland.  The remains appear to be that of a white male, age unknown.  The remains apparently had been at that location anytime from January 2013 to December 2014.  Forensic testing […]
