MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Republican Assembly Speaker Robin Vos says he has enough votes to pass a financing plan for a $500 million Milwaukee Bucks arena that relies on $250 million from state and local taxpayers. It’s unclear whether there are enough votes in the Senate. Republican legislative leaders on Monday released a draft and Legislative Fiscal Bureau analysis of the proposal. It comes nearly a month after the outline of the deal was first announced by Gov. Scott Walker and others. Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald says in a statement that he looks forward to hearing feedback from the public and lawmakers now that details of the plan first announced on June 4 have been released. The Bucks arena deal has contributed to a monthlong stalemate in passing a budget.
