The Fond du Lac school board will consider one teacher retirement  and several  resignations at their meeting Monday evening.  Twelve teachers including four elementary, three middle school and three high school teachers are resigning due to a variety of reasons.   Some have accepted positions in other school districts, others are getting out of the teaching profession.

TOWN OF DEKORRA, Wis. A North Fond du Lac man has been convicted of setting his ex-girlfriend’s apartment on fire.  At a hearing this week Laney Amons pleaded no contest to arson.  He will be sentenced in October.   Assistant police chief Steve Klein says Amons was accused of setting fire to the Home Town Harbor apartment complex on North Seymour Street a little more than a year ago.  According to a criminal complaint […]
