A Waupun Correctional Institution inmate has made his initial Dodge County Circuit Court appearance on attempted homicide and battery charges after he allegedly tried to kill another inmate and injured a correctional officer. 28 year old Eric Conner is charged with attempted first degree intentional homicide and battery by prisoners. Construction will begin Thursday on a small stretch of Highway 151 in Fond du Lac.   Gov.
