PLYMOUTH, Wis. (AP) — Sargento Foods is planning to invest $30 million in its facilities in northeastern Wisconsin and add 140 jobs.  Sargento says it will build additional space for production, storage and employees at the Kiel plant. MILWAUKEE (AP) — The U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin has announced his departure.  James Santelle said Thursday he will retire from his position in the days ahead after 30 years of employment with the Department of Justice. The 56-year-old Santelle says he'll complete a number of projects and initiatives before leaving office.  Santelle has served as U.S. attorney in Milwaukee for 5½ years.

7-2-15 minor injuries-car vs. semi

One person received minor injuries in a two vehicle accident in Fond du Lac.  The car versus semi accident happened on Highway 151 near Highway 41 shortly after noon.  Both lanes of 151 were blocked until the scene was cleared shortly after 1pm.

7-2-15 motorcycle crash-dodge county

A motorcyclist was seriously injured in an accident Wednesday night in Dodge County.   The crash happened on Payne Road near Taylor Road in the Town of Rubicon. The Dodge County Sheriff’s Department says 21 year old Nathan Hennes of Rubicon was traveling east on Payne Road when the motorcycle left the road and struck several trees. 7-2-15 man from netherlands convicted of stalking fdl girl

A man from the Netherlands has been convicted of stalking a Fond du Lac High School student.  As part of a plea agreement Hendrickus Descendre pleaded no contest to one count of stalking.  A second count of stalking and two counts of identity theft to harm a person’s reputation were dismissed and read into the record.  He was credited for time served in jail and will be deported.   According […]
