Baraboo National Bank said it is selling its Fond du Lac branch to Horicon Bank.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  The deal, which needs regulatory approval, is expected to close in the fourth quarter.  The branch is Baraboo National's only one in Fond du Lac County.
