MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance says property values statewide have risen for a second year.  The report released Wednesday shows values of all taxable property increased 2.4 percent in 2015. WEST ALLIS, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin Gov.
