MILWAUKEE (AP) — A Milwaukee man won the biggest Megabucks' jackpot in the game's history. John Rumpel won the May 30th jackpot of $22.2 million. He decided to go with the cash option, so he's taking home $15.7 million. The former high school teacher says his wife sent him to a convenience store for a gallon of milk and while he was there, he decided to buy a ticket.
