MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin is 30th in private-sector job creation, but still lags the national average.  That's according to the latest figures released Thursday by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.  The report shows private-sector jobs in Wisconsin grew just over 1.7 percent for the 12-month period ending in March. 9-17-15 former waupun police officer going to prison

A former Waupun police lieutenant who went on a crime spree a couple years ago is going to prison.   Brad Young was sentenced in Green Lake County Circuit Court to 15 years in prison and 15 years extended supervision.  Young earlier had pleaded no contest to burglary in seven counties including Fond du Lac, Dodge and Green Lake.  Waupun deputy police Chief Scott Louden says he is satisfied with the […]
