(AP) — Oshkosh police have arrested a man who they say contacted more than 60 women and girls through a fake Facebook account and sent nude photos of himself.  The 21-year-old Oshkosh man was arrested at his home Sept. 9. 9-15-15 lawmaker wants constitutional amendment regarding state superintendent

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A Republican legislator has proposed changing the Wisconsin Constitution to allow the governor to pick the state schools superintendent rather than voters.  The constitution establishes a statewide election for superintendent every four years. (AP) — Nearly 700 people enrolled in the University of Wisconsin-Extension's flex option program in the past year.  UW-Extension officials say about 500 students are currently enrolled in the program, noting the numbers fluctuate as students drop in and out of the programs as time allows. 9-15-15 motorcycle fatality in washington county
