9-14-15 uw job cuts

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The University of Wisconsin System has eliminated dozens of administrative and academic affairs positions in a cost-saving measure to help cope with state budget cuts.  UW spokesman Alex Hummel says the 36 positions were eliminated through attrition as employees retired or took other jobs. 9-14-15 fatal motorcycle-deer crash in dodge county

9-14-15 fdl man bound over for trial in nail salon gun incident

A Fond du Lac man accused of threatening an ex girlfriend with a gun at a nail salon has been bound over for trial.  Nineteen year old Jerry Yang waived his preliminary hearing Friday on charages  of recklessly endangering safety, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit and disorderly conduct with a dangerous weapon.   Police say the incident occurred Friday August 28th when Yang entered the Sky Nails Salon […]
