A Fond du Lac man is going to prison for sexually assaulting a 14 year old girl. Thirty eight year old Gary Taylor was sentenced to seven years in prison and 12 years extended supervision. Taylor was earlier convicted of repeated sexual assault of the same child.

The United Way Board of Directors has hired Amber Kilawee as the new executive director of the Fond du Lac Area United Way organization. Kilawee has worked for the United Way for eight years, starting as a college intern. She replaces longtime director Tina Potter who retired earlier this year.
