MADISON, Wis. (AP) — One of every four female undergraduate students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison who responded to a survey last spring said they've been sexually assaulted.  The Association of American Universities administered the survey across 27 institutions. 9-22-15 oshkosh homicide victim identified

OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) — Oshkosh police have released the name of a 42-year-old woman who was fatally shot in an apartment.  Authorities on Monday identified the victim as Stacey Strange. Autopsy results show Strange died of multiple gunshots.  Police were called on a report of gunshots just after 1 a.m. Sunday. WAUKESHA, Wis. (AP) — A Wisconsin judge has suspended the case involving two 13-year-old girls accused of trying to kill a classmate while an appeals court decides whether to review the case's placement in adult court.   The two girls are charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide in Waukesha County. MILWAUKEE (AP) — The Brewers' youth movement is carrying over to the front office.  Milwaukee hired 30-year-old David Stearns on Monday to take over as general manager. 9-22-15 department of justice body camera grants

UNDATE (AP) — The Department of Justice awarded $19.3 million in grants today to dozens of police departments that want to start using body cameras. Grants go to 73 agencies in 42 states. More than 200 others applied but were passed over. Attorney General Loretta Lynch says an additional $1.9 million will support research in Milwaukee, Miami and Phoenix into the impact of body cameras on community relations.
